If you wish to pick up your order at our location, please choose "customer pick-up" on the order form. After your order is placed, you will receive a separate email indicating that your order is ready for pick up. In most cases, we need a full business day to accommodate order processing but please allow up to two business days. On some occasions, your order may be picked up the same day, it all depends on what you order. Since we deal with different warehouses across the country, the part(s) you order may need to be brought in to the Elk Grove Village location. Some items on this site may not be available for pick-up and can only ship directly to you, if so, you will be emailed. Please have your order placed before 4:00pm to be able to pick up the order the next business day. Any orders placed after 4:00pm are considered part of the next business day and will need a full business day after that to fulfill. Our will call hours are 11:00am to 6:00pm Mon-Fri and we are also available by appointment on Saturday 11:00am-3:00pm. Please note that our will call location is not a storefront. We are a warehouse/office based outlet. Walk-in customers may be asked to return at a later time because we may not have what you are looking for on site when you come. To avoid this, please have an order confirmed on line before coming. We accept credit cards, cash, cashier's/checks, money orders or personal/company checks (backed by credit cards) unless you are a business account with the appropriate credit information on file. All customer's paying by credit card will be asked to bring in the actual credit card to complete the transaction. To prevent fraud, the actual cardholder will need to be present to complete the transaction.
