PRICES AND AVAILABILITY ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE

ANY DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) MAY BE ONLY EXCHANGED FOR THE SAME ITEM WITHIN A 25 DAY PERIOD. AFTER 25 DAYS, THE ITEM WILL NEED TO BE SENT TO THE MANUFACTURER FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT.  SOME ITEMS, AS INDICATED, MAY HAVE A MANUFACTURER DIRECT WARRANTY AND CANNOT BE RETURNED TO MARK ONE COMPUTERS, INC. FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE ONCE OPENED OR USED.

RETURNS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT IN AS SEEMINGLY DEFECTIVE AND PROVE NOT TO BE DEFECTIVE ONCE TESTED WILL BE SUBJECT TO TESTING AND RETURN SHIPPING FEES.

ALL RETURNS FOR CREDIT MUST BE INITIATED THROUGH THE RETURNS SECTION OF OUR WEBSITE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF INVOICE

RETURNS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED WITH AN RMA NUMBER, ORIGINAL PACKAGING CONTENTS, AND MUST MEET ALL RMA CRITERIA (SEE BELOW)

DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS NEED TO BE REPORTED WITHIN UPON THE DAY OF DELIVERY - ORDERS@MARKONECOMPUTERS.COM

ALL RETURN SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE PREPAID BY THE CUSTOMER.  ORDER REFUSALS WILL NOT HAVE SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDED AND WILL BE DEDUCTED ADDITIONALLY FOR RETURN SHIPPING COSTS AND MAY BE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE.


NO RETURNS ON COMPLETE CUSTOM CONFIGURED SYSTEM BUILDS

ALL SOFTWARE IS NON-RETURNABLE

ALL MONITOR WARRANTIES MUST BE DEALT DIRECTLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER

RETAIL BOXED PROCESSORS ARE NON-RETURNABLE ONCE OPEN - NO EXCEPTIONS.

CASES ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONCE ANYTHING IS INSTALLED IN THEM, ONLY DEFECTIVE POWER SUPPLIES MAY BE EXCHANGED

BESIDES CUSTOM SYSTEM ORDERS, YOUR CREDIT CARD DOES NOT GET CHARGED TILL YOUR ORDER/BACKORDER IS READY TO SHIP

EIGHTY FIVE PERCENT (85%) OF THE PURCHASE PRICE OR EIGHTY FIVE PERCENT (85%) OF THE CURRENT SELLING PRICE (WHICH EVER FIGURE IS LOWER),  WILL BE REFUNDED TO ALL RETURN FOR REFUND ITEMS, DEFECTIVE OR NON-DEFECTIVE - NO EXCEPTIONS (SHIPPING COSTS ARE ALWAYS NON-REFUNDABLE)
  However, full credit (less shipping) may be granted as store credit for item(s) of equal or greater value. (Depending on the circumstance and item(s) being returned.)

WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

All orders being picked up or shipped within Illinois are subject to sales tax.  To provide faster delivery, some of the items we carry on our site are drop shipped directly from the manufacturers .  Should the item(s) on your order drop ship from a warehouse that has presence in your state, there may be sales tax charged.  Should this be the issue, you will be contacted before moving further with your order. 

Not all items are available for will call but they can be arranged to ship directly to you.  Please email us to confirm items available to will call.


Mark One Computers, Inc. will honor the manufacturers full warranty period for the products we sell except for hard drives and CPU's.   If any products are deemed defective after 30 days,  Mark One Computers, Inc. at it's sole discretion, will send the defective item(s) to the manufacturer for repair (no immediate replacements).  Items purchased within 30 days of receipt are entitled to an immediate replacement by Mark One Computers, Inc.


RMA Criteria

All claims for warranty service must be first e-mailed or phoned into Mark One Computers, Inc. and  returned to Mark One Computers, Inc. 1330 Howard St., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 and must include the following:

1. Dated proof of original purchase (sales receipt/invoice). If you do not have your receipt, we will not be able to issue you an RMA.
2. Your return address enclosed.  (no P.O. Boxes, someone must be able to sign for it.)
3. Original product packaging

Information on service for those products may also be obtained from
Mark One Computers, Inc.

Limitations
The above warranty extends only to the first user of the products
and is contingent upon proper use of the products.  The warranty will
not apply to any failure caused by:

 (i) accident; acts of nature; physical damage, electrical, or
 electromagnetic stress; neglect; misuse; abuse; fluctuations in
 electrical power beyond manufacturer's specifications; air
 conditioning or humidity control; (ii) operation not within
 manufacturer's specifications; i.e.overclocking.

Mark One Computers, Inc. is not responsible for the performance/compatibility of any software on the equipment sold.

Hard drives, memory, and CPU's

1) Any hard drives that fail after 30 days of purchase must be returned to the manufacturer directly.

2) If any memory purchased from Mark One Computers, Inc. that carries a lifetime warranty, should prove to be defective, send the memory directly to us making sure that our warranty sticker(s) are on the memory module(s).

3) All OEM CPU's carry  25 day warranty from the purchase date.   Any defective OEM CPU's may be returned directly to Mark One Computers, Inc. for an immediate exchange if they fit RMA criteria.  All retail boxed CPU's from Intel and AMD carry a 3 year warranty and must be dealt with Intel/AMD directly.


MARK ONE COMPUTERS, Inc.'s LIABILITY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PRODUCTS.  IN NO EVENT SHALL MARK ONE COMPUTERS BE LIABLE FOR (I) INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, STATUTORY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR (II) ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCTS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT OR TORT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO NEGLIGENCE.
